October 7, 2023
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32 year old Derek L. Pontious of Mason for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Derek was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35 year old Dylan G. Beccue of Mason for possession of 100-400g of meth, unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, and unlawful possession of ammo by a felon.
- Effingham City Police arrested 19 year old Juan A. Martinez Rosas of Columbus, OH for no valid Driver’s License and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Juan was given an NTA for pretrial.
October 8, 2023
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 57 year old William J. Guthery of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for domestic battery. William posted bond and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 31 year old Steven J. Frey of Effingham for DUI alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Steven was given an NTA and was released.
October 9, 2023
- Effingham City Police arrested 19 year old Jason W. Kollman of Altamont for illegal consumption of alcohol. Jason was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35 year old Sarah M. Grove of Brownstown for an Effingham County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended. Sarah was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
