EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24 year old Carl E. Carroll of Ramsey for an Effingham County FTA warrant for obstructing justice/destroying evidence. Carl was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 28 year old Elizabeth N. St. Cin of Effingham for a Shelby County FTA warrant for obstructing justice/destroying evidence. Elizabeth was transported to Shelby County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 48 year old Donald R. Spivey of Stewardson for an Effingham County warrant for contempt. Donald posted bond and was released.
