- Effingham City Police arrested 37 year old Cole D. Heiden of Effingham for possession of a controlled substance. Cole was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 22 year old Daniel M. Langham of Effingham for violating an order of protection. Daniel was given a pretrial NTA.
- Effingham City Police arrested 31 year old Savannah L. Ellis of Olney for resisting/obstructing a police officer, an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth, a Jasper County FTA warrant for criminal trespass to residence, and a Richland County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Savannah was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40 year old Tuesday N. Flowers of Effingham for an Effingham County attachment for contempt. Tuesday posted bail and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 50 year old Sean E. Morris of Shumway for financial exploitation of elderly and theft of $500. Sean was given a pretrial NTA.
