- Effingham City Police arrested 29 year old Katlynn Rhodes of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, an Effingham County FTA warrant for <5g of meth possession, an Effingham County attachment for contempt, and a Fayette County FTA warrant for unlawful use of a credit/debit card <$300. Katlynn was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 41 year old Derrall L. Enlow of Charleston for possession of <5g of meth, obstructing justice, a Coles County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended, and possession of <5g of meth. Derrall was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
