- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40 year old Heather R. Portwood of Toledo for possession of <5g of meth, possession of hypodermic needle, and driving while license revoked. Heather was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41 year old Travis W. Lister of Dundas, IL for an Effingham County attachment for contempt. Travis was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 64 year old Debra L. Higginbotham of Windsor for an Effingham County attachment for contempt. Debra was given an NTA and was released.
