- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 69 year old Edward J. Barrett of Mason for an Effingham County mittimus to jail. Edward was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 33 year old Kayla M. Bissel of Effingham for domestic battery. Kayla was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39 year old Catherine N. O’Sullivan of Las Vegas, NV for obstructing identification and a Las Vegas Metro PD warrant for fraud. Catherine was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
