- Effingham City Police arrested 45 year old Bradley R. Bennett of Effingham for violating an order of protection and violation of bail bond. Bradley was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34 year old Billy J. Cripe of Altamont for an Effingham County PSC sanction. Billy was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 37 year old Tucker J. Ohara of Effingham for aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery. Tucker was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
August 13, 2023
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23 year old Noah M. Mulheron of Effingham for leaving the scene of an accident, adult possession of cannabis in vehicle by a driver, and improper lane usage. Noah was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 21 year old Erin T. Hannagan of St. Elmo for criminal damage to property >$500, obstruction of police officer, and disorderly conduct. Erin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 51 year old John L. Gasper of Effingham for a Porter County, IN FTA warrant for possession of a narc drug, possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. John was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 20 year old Kayden Z. Anderson of Effingham for criminal damage to property <$300. Kayden posted bond and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24 year old Noah A. Rebello of Effingham for domestic battery. Noah was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
