- 51 year old, Tony D Litaker, of Charleston was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County mittimus to jail.
- 64 year old, John R Feldhake Sr, of Shumway was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of Methamphetamine <5 grams. Feldhake posted a bond of $575 and was released.
- 28 year old, Kayla M Mitchell, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for domestic battery.
- 25 year old, Skylar M Welch, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for two counts of Coles County failure to appear warrants for driving while license is suspended. Welch posted a combined bond a $750 and was released.
