July 21, 2023

• 20 year old, Jaden A Budde, of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for aggravated domestic battery. No bond was set.

July 22, 2023

• 43 year old, Tammy L Gordon, of Beecher City was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving while under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage. Gordon posted a bond of $100 and driver’s license and was released.
• 48 year old, Shawn M Wolff, of Altamont was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on an Effingham failure to appear warrant for theft lost/mislaid property <$500. Bond was set tat $325.
• 25 year old, Westen P Giles, of Windsor was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department on Effingham County failure to appear warrant for theft control intent $500<10K. Bond was set at $575.

July 23, 2023

• 33 year old, Wesley A Mansker, of St Elmo was arrested by the Altamont Police Department for possession with intent to deliver controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
• 21 year old, Jashawn M Allen, of Terre Haute, Indiana was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for aggravated battery. No bond was set.
• 22 year old, Jalen T X Walters, of Terre Haute, Indiana was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for aggravated battery. No bond was set.
• 33 year old, Megan E Duckworth of Teutopolis was arrested by the Teutopolis Police Department on a Fayette County failure to appear warrant for possession of Methamphetamine <5 grams. Bond was set at $375. Duckworth was transported to Fayette County.
