EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

July 1, 2023

• Effingham City Police arrested 32 year old Brittny Kistler of Effingham for mob action and battery. Brittny was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 34 year old Zachary Tegenkamp of Effingham for 2 counts of violating an order of protection, criminal damage to property, stalking, aggravated stalking, mob action, obstructing justice, home invasion, burglary in a building, unlawful restraint, interfering with a report of domestic violence, and domestic battery. Zachary was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37 year old Joshua L. Jones for an Effingham County FTA/FTP warrant for theft/mislaid property <$500. Joshua was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27 year old Jordan M. Lockhart of Effingham for an Effingham County FTP warrant for DUI alcohol. Jordan posted bond and was released.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31 year old Zachary T. Hodgkin of Mason for an Effingham County warrant for probation violation for felon use of a weapon. Zachary was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 30 year old Tayla E. Sievers of Shelbyville for a Shelby County FTA warrant for forgery/issue documentation and a Shelby County FTA warrant for resisting a police/correctional officer. Tayla was transported to Shelby County Jail.

July 2, 2023

• Effingham City Police arrested 40 year old Tammy Lorton of Effingham for domestic battery. Tammy was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 19 year old Ronald M. Bruce of Effingham for a Clay County FTA warrant for possession/selling/receiving a stolen vehicle, driving while license suspended, forgery, and financial institution fraud. Ronald was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 51 year old Larry E. Wolfe of Greenup for an Effingham County FTA warrant for driving on a revoked/suspended license and DUI. Larry was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Illinois State Police arrested 28 year old Jasmine M. Burris of Newton for an Effingham County warrant attachment for contempt. Jasmine was released on bail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39 year old Donald Blades of Altamont for domestic battery and theft $500-$10k. Donald was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28 year old Aaron R. Waymoth of Newton for DUI alcohol, driving while license revoked, and operating a vehicle with suspended registration for non insurance. Aaron was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30 year old Angela L. Lawrence of Pana for DUI alcohol and improper lane usage. Angela was released on bail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25 year old Joseph M. Cautino of Effingham for illegal transportation or possession of alcohol by a passenger. Joseph was given an NTA.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26 year old Isreal S. Hernandez of Effingham for DUI alcohol and operating a vehicle with no valid license, permit, or restricted driving permit.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23 year old Kort C. McClellan of Altamont for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. Kort was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

July 3, 2023

• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30 year old Jordan M. Thomas  for an Effingham County FTA warrant for retail theft/disposing of merchandise >$300. Jordan was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 29 year old Jaime Guerrero of Effingham for an Effingham County body attachment warrant for junk accumulating on premises. Jaime was released on bail.
