- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26 year old Leanna Loy for motor vehicle theft (2 counts), driving while license revoked, and criminal trespass to vehicle. Leanna was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 41 year old Ashley Weston of North Little Rock, AR for possession of cannabis outside approved container by a driver, unlawful possession of cannabis 30-100g, and resisting/obstructing a police officer. Ashley posted bond and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 25 year old Anthony Brown of Effingham for a Cumberland County FTA warrant for adult use cannabis in vehicle. Anthony posted bond and was released.
