EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

June 17, 2023

• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35 year old Todd B. Aaron for an Effingham County FTA warrant for driving on a revoked license. Todd was given an NTA and was released.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26 year old Ashley N. Schaufler of Effingham for an Effingham County PSC mittimus sentence for 72 hours. Ashley was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 30 year old Roger L. D. Kirkman of Effingham for an Effingham County PTR warrant for an original charge of criminal damage $500-$10k. Roger was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 32 year old Shawn B. Hepner of Effingham for domestic battery. Shawn was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 47 year old Kari M. Harris of Effingham for domestic battery, possession of <5g of meth, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kari was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

June 18, 2023

• Illinois State Police arrested 48 year old Darryl M. Reed of Mattoon for DUI alcohol, driving while license revoked, improper lane usage, and illegal possession of cannabis by a driver. Darryl posted bond and was released.
• Illinois State Police arrested 39 year old Neil Flach of Mattoon for driving while license revoked and a Coles County FTA warrant for driving while license revoked. Neil posted bond and was given an NTA by the ISP.
• Illinois State Police arrested 44 year old Sarah McCabe of Effingham for a Jasper County FTA warrant and driving 15-20mph over limit. Sarah posted bond and was released.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28 year old Kaitlyn Fitzgerald of Farina for a Fayette County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Kaitlyn was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
