- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 48 year old Karen S. Knight of Desoto, IL for an Effingham County FTA warrant for DUI alcohol, a Pike County FTA warrant for DUI, driving while license revoked, illegal transportation of alcohol, and no insurance. Karen was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office and Effingham City Police arrested 38 year old Jeremy A. Kreke of Effingham for DUI alcohol, disobeying a traffic control device, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and failure to remain on the scene of an accident. Jeremy was given an NTA and was released.
