- Effingham City Police arrested 53 year old Robert J. Beckler of Effingham for 2 counts of disorderly conduct. Robert posted bond and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 31 year old Brittani M. Workman of Flora for possession of <5g of meth, bringing contraband into a penal institution, obstructing justice, and driving while license revoked. Brittani was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 31 year old Torey A. Lancaster of McClain, IL for obstructing identification and justice. Torey was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
