- Effingham City Police arrested 20 year old Dusty J. D. Wright of Effingham for domestic battery. Dusty was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31 year old Devin J. Duckworth of St. Elmo for an Effingham County FTA warrant for aid/abet/unlawful display of title, and a Fayette County FTA warrant for retail theft. Devin posted bond and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33 year old Scott J. Clark of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for delivery of <5g of meth. Scott posted bond and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32 year old Dustin L. Bowman of Mason for a Jasper County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended and an IDOC warrant for parole hold. Dustin was released to Jasper County.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38 year old Jesse A. Hernandez of Effingham for violation of bail bond. Jesse was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
