EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

February 18, 2023

• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 51 year old Timothy L. Pocrnich of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth. Timothy was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Illinois State Police arrested 41 year old Julio A. Rodrigues of Chicago for DUI alcohol, failure to follow Scott’s Law, and possession of an open container by passenger. Julio posted bond and was released.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 56 year old Daniel R. Gingerich of Terre Haute for an Effingham County original warrant for 5 counts of burglary. Daniel was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25 year old Alexa J. Feldhake of Altamont for an Effingham County PSC mittimus to jail. Alexa was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

February 19, 2023

• Illinois State Police arrested 44 year old Cameron B. Smith of Davenport, IA for a Williamson County FTA warrant for driving while license revoked, driving while license revoked, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, transportation or possession of alcohol by a driver, and speeding over the statutory limit 21-25mph. Cameron was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

February 20, 2023

• Effingham City Police arrested 40 year old Brandon L. Mosley of New Orleans for retail theft <$200. Brandon posted bond and was released.
• Effingham City Police arrested 32 year old Calvin K. Peters of New Orleans for no valid Driver’s License and retail theft <$300. Calvin posted bond and was released.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31 year old Dakota W. Keller of Altamont for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession/use of a weapon/firearm. Dakota was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 44 year old Keith M. Hoene of Teutopolis for improper lane usage and DUI alcohol. Keith posted bond and was released.
