EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

January 28, 2023

• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44 year old Jamie A. Durham of Farina for an Effingham County FTA/FTP warrant for retail theft/disposing of merchandise <$300. Jamie posted bond and was released.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27 year old Jesse D. Horn of St. Elmo for an Effingham County PSC mittimus to jail. Jesse was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35 year old Shannon H. Borton of Effingham for an Effingham County PSC mittimus to jail. Shannon was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 45 year old Robert J. Wesselman of Effingham for defrauding drug/alcohol screening, and an Effingham County PTR warrant for possession of meth. Robert was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39 year old David A. Ervin of Dieterich for an Effingham County PSC mittimus to jail. David was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25 year old Alexa J. Feldhake of Altamont for an Effingham County PSC mittimus to jail. Alexa was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35 year old Samuel W. Wilson of Effingham for driving while license revoked, leaving the scene of an accident, suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and an Effingham County FTA warrant for retail theft/disposing of merchandise <$300. Samuel posted bond and was released.
• Effingham City Police arrested 29 year old Kameren C. McCallister of Mason for a Cumberland County FTA warrant for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration. Kameren posted bond and was released.
• Effingham City Police arrested 48 year old James N. Ullrich of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for resisting a police officer/correctional officer with injuries. James was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31 year old Zachary T. Hodgkins of Mason for possession of cannabis <10g, no license plate light, possession of drug paraphernalia/by driver, failure to yield for emergency vehicle, and an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession/use of a weapon by a felon. Zachary was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31 year old John W. ward of Newton for an Effingham County FTA warrant for retail theft/disposing of merchandise <$300. John was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

• Effingham City Police arrested 54 year old Dustin C. Strouse of Cicero, IN for criminal trespass to real property. Dustin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19 year old Nodia R. Miller of Alma for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, illegal transportation/possession of alcohol by driver, no valid Driver’s License, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Nodia posted bond and was released.
• Altamont Police arrested 37 year old Cody J. Sapp of Altamont for domestic battery. Cody was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 61 year old Greg D. Courson of Farina for a Madison County warrant for violating an order of protection. Greg posted bond and was released.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37 year old Rhiannon M. Thompson of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth. Rhiannon was given an NTA and was released.
• Effingham City Police arrested 38 year old Matthew A. Rickfelder of Effingham for an Effingham County original warrant for harassment through electronic communication device and disorderly conduct. Matthew was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
