EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

January 21, 2023

• Effingham City Police arrested 47 year old Danette M. Frey of Effingham for a Fayette County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Danette was given an NTA and was released.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31 year old Stetson W. Stokes of Brownstown for possession of <5g of meth, defraud drug/alcohol screening, and a Collinsville original warrant for unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Stetson was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27 year old Hayden L. Limes of Effingham for an Effingham County warrant attachment for contempt. Hayden was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27 year old Anthony B. Evans of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for obstructing justice/destroying evidence and a Shelby County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended. Anthony posted $575 for the Effingham County warrant, posted $425 for Shelby County warrant and was released.
• Effingham City Police arrested 19 year old Kaitlyn M. Olmstead of Jewett for domestic battery and criminal damage to property. Kaitlyn was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Illinois State Police arrested 47 year old Brian S. Jilek of Normal, IL for DUI alcohol, speeding 26-34mph over speed limit, and possession of alcohol by a driver. Brian was given an NTA and was released.

January 22, 2023

• Effingham City Police arrested 35 year old Dana M. Taylor of Flora for retail theft >$300, possession of a controlled substance and meth <5g. Dana was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 30 year old Jordan M. Thomas of Effingham for retail theft >$300. Jordan was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Illinois State Police arrested 38 year old Guang W. Gao of Monte, CA for unlawful possession of 3 or more credit/debit cards. Guang was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Illinois State Police arrested 53 year old Wang H. Ying of Los Angeles, CA for unlawful possession of 3 or more credit/debit cards. Wang was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Altamont Police arrested 22 year old Zachary C. Stephens of Newton for possession of a controlled substance. Zachary was given an NTA and was released.
• Effingham City Police arrested 34 year old Nicole L. Lopez Galindo of Effingham for disorderly conduct. Nicole posted bond and was released.

January 23, 2023

• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 45 year old Jesse J. Boggs of Effingham for unlawful possession of title without assignment, revoked FOID card (failure to surrender), and an Effingham County FTA warrant for criminal damage to property $500-$10k. Jesse was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 51 year old Timothy P. Eskew of Effingham for pedestrian under the influence. Timothy was given an NTA and was released.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35 year old James R. Treat of Dieterich for a Clay County warrant attachment for contempt. James posted bond and was released.
• Altamont Police arrested 28 year old Brittany N. Grant of St. Elmo for possession of <5g of meth, aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, disobeying a traffic control device, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Brittany was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
