EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36 year old Matthew L. Budde of St. Elmo for a Macon County FTA warrant for cancelled/revoked/suspended registration. Matthew was given an NTA by Macon County.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41 year old David L. Kerr of Tower Hill for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. David was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 30 year old Harley R. Thomas of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended, and a Jasper County FTA warrant for concealing/aiding a fugitive. Harley posted $825 for Effingham County charge, posted $575 for Jasper County charge, and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested William K. Loveless of Lawrenceburg, TN for criminal trespass to real property. William was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 31 year old Brianna D. Waltman of St. Elmo for possession of 5-15g of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Brianna was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
