EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29 year old Holly R. Moore of Vandalia for an Effingham County FTA warrant for for bad checks/obtain control property. Holly was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34 year old Mikel D. Wright of Vandalia for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Mikel was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22 year old Jesse L. Kollman of St. Elmo for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession/use of a weapon/firearm by a felon. Jesse was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35 year old Shannon H. Borton of Louisville for an Effingham County mittimus to jail. Shannon was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27 year old Jesse D. Horn of Effingham for an Effingham County mittimus to jail. Jesse was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 50 year old Cassie M. Cullen of Altamont for an Effingham County FTA warrant for criminal trespass to land. Cassie posted bond and was released.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 51 year old Craig A. Finke of Effingham for an Effingham County mittimus to jail. Craig was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham City Police arrested 30 year old Savannah L. Ellis of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth and hypodermic needle, an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of a controlled substance except A/D, a Shelby County FTA warrant for unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver, and a Richland County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Savannah was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42 year old Joshua S. Koonce for a Jasper County FTA warrant for domestic battery. Joshua was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24 year old Joshua W. Beck of Cisne for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of meth, and a Richland County FTA warrant for driving on a suspended license. Joshua posted $425 for the Effingham County warrant and was given an NTA for the Richland County warrant.
