- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28 year old Brandon R. Smith of Mason for an Effingham County mittimus to jail sentence for 60 days for aggravated DUI. Brandon was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23 year old Toribio C. Apple of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for receiving/possessing/selling a stolen vehicle. Toribio posted bond and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 64 year old Michael J. Matlock of Effingham for an Effingham County mittimus to jail sentenced for 90 days for driving on a revoked/suspended license because of DUI/3rd. Michael was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40 year old Joshua M. Moheit of Louisville for possession of meth, driving while license suspended, and failure to signal when required. Joshua was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
