- Altamont Police arrested 25 year old Kristen D. Angel of St. Elmo for an Effingham County FTA warrant for criminal trespass. Kristen posted bond and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 31 year old Aaron Baker of Effingham for disorderly conduct and production of cannabis plants 5<20. Aaron was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 43 year old Corey Cochran of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for DUI alcohol. Corey was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 39 year old Rebecca Myers of Effingham for domestic battery. Rebecca was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 31 year old Calin Garrett of Effingham for domestic battery. Calin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 43 year old Micah Ramsey of Plainview for obstructing identification, driving while license suspended, and possession of a stolen vehicle. Micah was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

- Between 9:00 A.M. December 18, 2022 and 9:48 A.M. December 19, 2022 at 2511 S. Veteran’s Drive an unknown vehicle struck and damaged a mailbox owned by Christ’s Church, Effingham. No injuries and no citations at this time.
