- Effingham City Police arrested 27 year old Kellie R. Roberts of Edwardsville for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Kellie was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 20 year old Nevin R. Prince of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for driving while license suspended. Nevin posted $325 and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36 year old Heath A. Foil of Shumway for domestic battery. Heath was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 36 year old Ashley N. Haarmaan of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for criminal damage $500-$10k. Ashley posted $575 and was released.

- Illinois State Police arrested 28 year old Jaime Guerrero Turja of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for junk accumulated on premises. Jaime posted $200 and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32 year old Ronald L. Kincaid Jr. of Louisville for DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol, and improper lane usage. Ronald posted $100 and his Driver’s License and was released.

- Effingham City Police and Illinois State Police arrested 45 year old Joshua R. Verdeyen of Effingham for aggravated battery (2 counts), domestic battery, criminal damage to property, and violating an order of protection. Joshua was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 43 year old Timothy J. Beccue of Effingham for criminal trespass. Timothy posted $150 and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32 year old Bradley J. Rice of Fairview Heights for driving while license revoked. Bradley posted $250 and was released.
