- Effingham City Police arrested 40 year old Christina L. Belisle of Effingham for criminal trespass to real property. Christina posted $150 and was released.

- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 43 year old Timothy J. Beccue of Mason for criminal trespass to real property. Timothy was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Marion County Sheriff’s Department arrested 44 year old Heather D. Allen of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for retail theft/disposing of merchandise <$300. Heather was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 50 year old Tony D. Litaker of Vernon for an Effingham County FTA warrant for driving on a revoked/suspended license for 3rd DUI. Tony was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 31 year old Nicolas Perez Cruz of Effingham for no valid Driver’s License and operating a vehicle with suspended registration. Nicolas posted $250 and was released.

- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 41 year old Justin W. Flowers of Effingham for domestic battery. Justin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 40 year old James A. Inman of Altamont for harassment through electronic communications. James was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
