- Illinois State Police arrested 60 year old Kevin E. Welch of Sparta, IL for DUI alcohol and failure to yield at an intersection. Kevin was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 44 year old Clint D. Hildebrand of Louisville for an Effingham County FTA warrant for battery. Clint was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 34 year old Elizabeth A. Kidd of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for delivery of 5-15g of meth. Elizabeth was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 31 year old Justin P. Fields of Montrose for a Cumberland County FTA warrant for residential burglary. Justin posted bond and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 36 year old William P. Knight Jr. of Effingham for domestic battery, and IDOC warrant for parole violation, and unlawful possession of title or registration. William was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
