Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 25 year old Christopher C. Howland of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Christopher was given a recognizance bond.
Effingham City Police arrested 30 year old Savannah L. Ellis of Effingham for a Shelby County FTA warrant for unlawful possession of cannabis. Savannah was taken to the Shelby County Jail.
Altamont Police arrested 36 year old Krista A. Willis of Altamont for concealing or aiding a fugitive. Krista was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 37 year old Jesse A. Hernandez of Altamont for an Effingham County FTA warrant for criminal damage to property $500-$10k. Jesse was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 45 year old Andrea R. Collins of Saginaw, MI for DUI alcohol, driving while license revoked, and improper lane usage. Andrea was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Illinois State Police arrested 49 year old Julio N. Cancel of Normal for DUI alcohol, improper lane usage, and operating an uninsured vehicle. Julio was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

Effingham City Police arrested 32 year old Mindy L. Pinkerton of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, and an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Mindy was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 31 year old Brandon A. Nkott of St. Peter for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Brandon was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 36 year old Roberta L. Ballinger of Altamont for an Effingham County attachment for contempt. Roberta was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
