- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 33 year old Dylan K. McDaniel of Edgewood for violating conditions of probation. Dylan was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 42 year old Andrew J. Staley of Flora for an Effingham County FTA warrant for operating an uninsured motor vehicle/suspended registration. Andrew was given an NTA.
- Effingham City Police arrested 26 year old Hayden L. Limes of Effingham for an Effingham County warrant attachment for contempt. Hayden posted $300 and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 31 year old Andrew C. Casner of Kinmundy for an Effingham County FTA warrant for aggravated domestic battery/strangling. Andrew was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 22 year old Toribio C. Apple of Teutopolis for criminal trespass to real property. Toribio was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 24 year old Layton C. Barnes of Mason for a Crawford County FTA warrant for criminal trespass to residence. Layton posted $1075 and was released.

- At 10:48 P.M. at 1704 W. Evergreen a vehicle driven by Kya L. Henry, 19, Mason, attempted to pass a semi on the right-hand side. The semi, driven by Dhankher Sandeep, 33, Clovis, CA, was making a right-hand turn into a private drive and struck Henry’s vehicle. No injuries and no citations.

- At 8:23 A.M. at 2500 N. 3rd an unknown semi struck a parked semi owned by SMD Trucking LLC, San Antonio, TX. No injuries and no citations at this time.
- At 10:05 A.M. west of the intersection of S. Lakewood and Rollin Hills a vehicle driven by Stephen D. Wells, 70, Teutopolis, backed into a parked vehicle owned by Julia Merriman, Effingham. No injuries and no citations.
- At 4:56 P.M. at the intersection of Henrietta and Jefferson a vehicle driven by Alexis N. Bowles, 38, Cisne, struck a vehicle driven by Ronald D. Thornton, 69, Littleton, MA. No injuries and no citations.
