- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 44 year old Jeremiah R. Donaldson of Beecher City for an Effingham County mittimus to jail. Jeremiah was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 26 year old Jesse D. Horn for an Effingham County mittimus to jail. Jesse was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 41 year old John T. White of Ingraham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for meth possession. John posted $575 and was released.

- Effingham City Police arrested 36 year old Ryan S. McNeely of Louisville for a Clay County FTA warrant for driving while license revoked. Ryan was transferred to Clay County Jail.

- Effingham City Police arrested 21 year old Ally J. Niebrugge of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth and drug paraphernalia, and criminal trespass to real property. Ally was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 43 year old Justin L. Smith of Herrick for possession of <5g of meth, resisting a police officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving while license suspended, obstructing justice, expired registration, and an Effingham County FTA warrant for meth delivery of <5g. Justin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 37 year old Rhiannon M. Thompson of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of meth manufacturing material. Rhiannon was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 25 year old Dalton R. Ard of Effingham for a mittimus to jail. Dalton was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 25 year old Jordan J. Kollman of Dieterich for an Effingham County FTA warrant for drug court. Jordan was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

- At 12:15 P.M. at the intersection of Keller and Evergreen a vehicle driven by Askhat Akhmedshin, 27, Brooklyn, NY, backed into a vehicle driven by William F. Ransom, 62, Des Peres, MO. No injuries and no citations.
- At 2:57 P.M. at the intersection of Banker and Eiche a vehicle driven by Loren N. Zerkel, 48, Olney, turned into the path of and was struck by a vehicle driven by Crystal D. Meyer, 33, Watson. No injuries. Meyer was ticketed for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
