- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 23 year old Shenandoah C. Depew of St. Louis for an Effingham County FTA warrant for bad check/obtain control property >$150, a Fayette County FTA warrant for retail theft <$300, a Shelby County FTA warrant for possession of meth, and a Vigo County warrant for fraud. Shenandoah was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 26 year old Jesse D. Horn of St. Elmo for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession/use of a firearm by a felon, new charges of burglary of a motor vehicle, possession of another’s ID, possession of <5g of meth, possession of a hypodermic needle, and 3 counts of possession of another’s credit/debit card. Jesse was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 33 year old Cody L. Enochs of Dyersburg, TN for unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful possession of ammunition by a felon. Cody was given an NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 36 year old Zachary S. Norberg of Joliet for a Kendal County FTA warrant for DUI. Zachary posted $175 and was released.

- At 9:15 A.M. at 1267 W. Fayette a vehicle driven by Holly N. Heuerman, 20, Teutopolis, sideswiped a vehicle driven by Teresa L. Hurst, 46, Altamont. No injuries and no citations.
