- Effingham Police arrested 26 year old Reece R. Wells of St. Elmo for a Fayette County FTA warrant for theft. Reece was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 42 year old Joshua S. Koonce of Wheeler for a Jasper County FTA warrant for unlawful restraint. Joshua was given an NTA by Jasper County.
- Effingham Police arrested 40 year old Misty L. Koonce of Wheeler for possession of a controlled substance. Misty was taken to the Effingham County jail.

- At 1:24 A.M. at 1500 W. Fayette an unknown vehicle struck a parked vehicle owned by Jia Dong, Effingham. No injuries and no citations at this time.
- At 5:18 P.M. at 2911 S. Banker a vehicle driven by Shelby M. Hanes, 23, Ellisville, MO, pulled into the path of and was struck by a vehicle driven by Bryan J. Dorris, 46, Watson. Hanes sustained injuries and was transported by private vehicle to HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital for treatment. No citations.
