- Effingham Police arrested 46 year old Daniel R. Rizo of Effingham for a Cumberland County FTA warrant for driving on a revoked license. Daniel posted $325 and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 57 year old Brian D. Kennett of Bingham, IL for a mittimus to jail for DUI alcohol. Brian was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 28 year old Keith L. Wiseman of Shumway for a Macon County FTA warrant for retail theft. Keith was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 28 year old Katlynn M. Rhodes of Altamont for possession of <5g of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic syringe, operating a vehicle with suspended registration due to no insurance, and operating an uninsured vehicle. Katlynn was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 24 year old Anthony A. Brown of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth, and a Fayette County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Anthony posted $825 for the Effingham County warrant, $1075 for Fayette County and was released.
