- Effingham Police arrested 37 year old Matthew A. Rickfelder of Effingham for retail theft and disorderly conduct. Matthew posted $150 and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 20 year old Nathaniel H. Coker of Newton, MS for an Effingham County original warrant for predatory criminal sexual assault of a child and an Effingham County FTA warrant for domestic battery/physical contact. Nathaniel was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 34 year old Joshua W. Walker of Salem for a Washington County FTA warrant for obstructing police and operating an uninsured vehicle. Joshua posted $425 and was given an NTA on the local charge.
- Effingham Police arrested 47 year old James N. Ullrich of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for fleeing/attempting to elude police. James was taken to the Effingham County jail.
