- Effingham Police arrested 26 year old Kellie R. Roberts of Vandalia for a Clay County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Kellie was transported to Clay County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 55 year old William C. England of Mt. Vernon for a Fayette County FTA warrant for theft/deception $500<$10k. William was transported to Fayette County jail.
