- Effingham Police arrested 30 year old Tara B. Szarek of Mason for criminal trespass to railroad property and aggravated assault to a police officer. Tara was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 25 year old Ashley N. Schaufler of Teutopolis for an Effingham County warrant for delivery of 15<100g of meth. Ashley was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 48 year old Brandon E. Piotrowski of Pevely, MO for a Fayette County FTA warrant for driving with no license, possession of meth, driving while license revoked, possession of 2.5g or less of cannabis, failure to wear a seatbelt, and operating an uninsured vehicle. Brandon was issued an NTA for both Fayette and Effingham Counties.
- Effingham Police arrested 41 year old Candid N. Burdine of Altamont for an Effingham County FTA warrant for theft lost/mislaid property <$500. Candid posted $575 and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 23 year old Blake C. Stuckey of Effingham for DUI alcohol, improper lane usage, and leaving the scene of a property accident. Blake was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 26 year old Jesse D. Horn of St. Elmo for unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon. Jesse was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 43 year old Kennie T. Tuttle of Beecher City for possession of <5g of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic needle, and operating an uninsured vehicle. Kennie was given an NTA and was released.

- Effingham Police arrested 31 year old Jessica M. Loy of Effingham for an Effingham County PSC mittimus to jail, sentenced to 24 hour. Jessica was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 41 year old Bonie A. Swofford of Effingham for an Effingham County PSC mittimus to jail, sentenced to 24 hour. Bonie was taken to the Effingham County jail.
