- Effingham Police arrested 35 year old Zachary S. Durbin of Edgewood for a Fayette County FTA warrant for theft/unauthorized control $500<$10k. Zachary posted $1075 and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 38 year old Joseph E. Brumberlow of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Joseph was taken to the Effingham County jail.
April 17, 2022
- Effingham Police arrested 39 year old Amy S. Rauch of Teutopolis for disorderly conduct, residential burglary, and criminal trespass. Amy was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 28 year old Eloy X. Ixtepan of Effingham for pedestrian under the influence. Eloy was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 48 year old Virgil E. Strauch of Beecher City for DUI alcohol. Virgil was given an NTA and was released.
April 18, 2022
- Effingham Police arrested 22 year old Cheyenne M. Easley of Altamont for DUI alcohol and leaving the scene of an accident. Cheyenne posted $100 and a valid Driver’s License and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 39 year old Bradley R. Loy of Effingham for aggravated assault and disorderly conduct. Bradley was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 21 year old Bryce A. Ruholl of Teutopolis for possession of a controlled substance, driving while license revoked, operating a vehicle with suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and a Fayette County FTA warrant for aggravated fleeing police 21mph over. Bryce was given an NTA on the Effingham charges, posted $575 on the Fayette County warrant, and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 33 year old Billy J. Cripe of Altamont for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Billy posted $1075 and was released.

- At 4:21 AM 100 feet east of the intersection of W. National and S. Outer Belt West a known vehicle driven by Cayla C. Jolly, 30, Mason, struck a deer. No injuries and no citations.
