- Effingham Police arrested 36 year old Elizabeth A. Jett of Kincaid, IL for an Effingham County FTA warranty for receive/possession/selling a stolen vehicle. Elizabeth was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 49 year old Jeannie M. Fancher of Effingham for resisting a police officer, aggravated battery to a police officer, possession of a hypodermic needle, and an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Jeannie was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 45 year old Frederick L. Richter of Altamont for DUI alcohol. Frederick was issued a court date.
