- Effingham Police arrested 39 year old Corey J. Fellows of Effingham for burglary. Corey was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 36 year old Heather R. Osborn of Effingham for an Effingham County original warrant for retail theft. Heather was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 32 year old Mindy L. Pinkerton of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth, possession of hypodermic needle, and drug paraphernalia. Mindy was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 57 year old Sean K. Stokes of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth and drug paraphernalia. Sean was issued an NTA and was released.

- At 1:45 P.M. at the intersection of Banker and Hoffman a vehicle driven by Michelle D. Meyer, 38, Mason, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Jacklyn M. Beckman, 26, Teutopolis. No injuries. Meyer was ticketed for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
