- Effingham Police arrested 39 year old Levi C. Gast of Effingham for improper lane usage and DUI alcohol. Levi posted $100 and Driver’s License and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 19 year old Nicholas T. Hastings of Effingham for possession of meth and resisting a police officer. Nicholas was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 63 year old Judy M. Brummerstead of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for criminal trespass. Judy was given an NTA and was released.

- Effingham Police arrested 40 year old Rachel M. Quiggle of Edgewood for possession of <5g of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating an uninsured vehicle. Rachel was given an NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 31 year old Isidoro Ixtepan of Effingham for DUI alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, no seat belt, and driving without headlamp. Isidoro posted $300 and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 24 year old Tristan C. McKnelly of Albion, IL for burglary. Tristan was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 32 year old Brandon C. Neville of Altamont for an attachment for contempt. Brandon posted $350 and was released.

- Effingham Police arrested 34 year old Blake Hilderbrand of of Louisville for home invasion, burglary, and criminal trespass to residence. Blake was taken to the Effingham County jail.

- At 2:09 PM at the intersection of S. 4th and E. Fayette a vehicle driven by Horace E. Ebbert, 92, Montrose, struck a vehicle driven by Mallory B. Pierce, 25, Noble. Ebbert was transported to HSHS St. Anthony Memorial Hospital by Abbott Ambulance. No citations.
