- Effingham Police arrested 19 year old Destin J. Lewis of Willow Hill, IL for domestic battery. Destin was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 37 year old James A. Fizer of Edgewood for an Effingham County FTA warrant for fleeing police and speeding. James was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 45 year old Joshua S. Dyer of Girard, IL for an Effingham County FTA warrant for failure to return from furlough. Joshua was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 36 year old Joshua D. Salto of Altamont for a Shelby County FTA warrant for contempt, and driving while license revoked. Joshua was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 36 year old Tyler J. Stewart of Flora for Clay and Effingham County warrants for contempt of court, and a Fayette County warrant (unknown). Tyler was issued an NTA and was transported to Clay County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 42 year old Joshua C. Black of Effingham for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of meth with intent to deliver, unlawful use of a weapon, possession of meth, and driving while license revoked. Joshua was taken to the Effingham County jail.
