- Effingham Police arrested 32 year old Ryan K. Jones of Effingham for aggravated domestic battery and domestic battery. Ryan was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 40 year old Sarah J. Loy of Beecher City for possession of meth and drug paraphernalia. Sarah was given an NTA.
- Effingham Police arrested 39 year old Bradley R. Loy of Effingham for criminal trespass to vehicle. Bradley was taken to the Effingham county jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 44 year old Julie R. Ebeling of Watson for possession of <5g of meth, possession of a controlled substance, obstructing justice, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Julie was given an NTA.
- Effingham Police arrested 44 year old Robert J. Wesselman of Effingham for possession of meth <5g. Robert was given an NTA.
- Effingham Police arrested 31 year old Kaylynn Smith of Effingham for an Effingham county mittimus to IDOC for aggravated battery. Kaylynn was sentenced to 30 months, is now in jail awaiting transfer.
- Effingham Police arrested 32 year old Dustin J. Gille of Rockford, IL for a Winnebago County FTA warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia. Dustin was taken to the Effingaham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 22 year old Ziara B. Wiseley of Machesney Park, IL for domestic battery. Ziara was taken to the Effingham County jail.
