- Effingham Police arrested 42 year old Erin E. Bertiaux of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Erin was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 49 year old Sunshine C. Cole of Decatur for a Fayette County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth. Sunshine was taken to the Effingham County jail.

- At 8:13 P.M. east of the intersection of Fayette and Henrietta a vehicle driven by Blake M. Stufflebean, 37, Canton, sideswiped a vehicle driven by Cody C. Duzan, 26, Sullivan. No injuries. Stufflebean was ticketed for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
