- Effingham Police arrested 28 year old Gina M. Steuernagle of Neoga for a Coles County FTA warrant for theft. Gina posted bond and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 57 year old Delois E. Butler of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for theft/control <$500. Delois posted bond and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 26 year old Kelly B. Omohundro of Dieterich for an Effingham County FTA warrant for contempt. Kelly posted bond and was released.

- Marion County Police arrested 34 year old Timothy Bowlby of Sandoval for an Effingham County FTA warrant for <5g of meth. Timothy was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 21 year old Ethan G. Welch of Watson for DUI alcohol, driving while license suspended, and illegal transportation. Ethan was given an NTA and was released.

- Effingham Police arrested 31 year old Craig A. Humphrey of Omaha, NE for criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. Craig was taken to the Effingham county jail.

- At 3:41 A.M. at the intersection of Banker and Fayette a vehicle driven by James D. Harrison, 28, English, IN, lost control and struck a curb. No injuries and no citations.
- At 6:20 P.M. at 1001 W. Fayette a vehicle driven by Anna L. Carrell, 18, Effingham, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Dennis C. Heynen, 44, Effingham. Carrell sustained injuries and was transported by ambulance to HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital for treatment. No citations.
