- Effingham Police arrested 34 year old Molly J. Brummer of Sullivan for a Coles County original warrant for burglary. Molly was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 39 year old Amanda J. Hilton of Arthur for possession of <5g of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. Amanda was given an NTA.
- Effingham Police arrested 43 year old Michael C. Betts of Bethany for possession of meth <5g and possession of drug paraphernalia. Michael was given an NTA.
- Effingham Police arrested 36 year old Laura J. Nall of St. Elmo for DUI alcohol/drugs, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Laura was taken to the Effingham County jail.
