Effingham County Jail
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 33-year-old Siarra K Araiza of Effingham. Araiza was arrested on a Effingham County warrant attachment for contempt. Araiza posted $300 bail and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 18-year-old Leo B Cline of Effingham. Cline was arrested on a Clay County warrant for failure to appear on charges of criminal damage to property less than $500. Cline was released to Clay County Jail.
- Effingham Police Department arrested 41-year-old Melissa A Pasos of Effingham. Pasos was arrested on charges of theft of labor or services and resisting/obstructing/disarming a officer. Pasos was given a notice to appear and released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 55-year-old Vern A Stone of Charleston, Illinois. Stone was arrested on a Effingham County failure to appear warrant for possession of meth between 15-100 grams. Stone is still in custody.
- Effingham Police Department arrested 25-year-old Micah L Ward of Chicago. Ward was arrested on charges of aggravated discharge of a firearm, Minnesota state DOC warrant for parole violation and Lyon County, Minnesota Sheriff’s Office warrant for probation violation on domestic assault charges. Ward is still in custody.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested 21-year-old Levi W Zumbahlen of Effingham. Zumbahlen was arrested on charges of DUI/Alcohol, improper lane usage and illegal transportation of alcohol. Zumbahlen was given a notice to appear and released.
- Effingham Police Department arrested 43-year-old Jerry D Guthrie of Effingham. Guthrie was arrested on a Effingham County failure to appear warrant on armed violence charges and is still in custody.
