- Effingham Police Department arrested 57-year-old Troy L. Grove of Effingham. Grove was arrested on a Clay County warrant for violation of a stalking/no contact order. Grove was transferred to the Clay County Jail.
- Effingham Police Department arrested 38-year-old Bradley R. Loy of Effingham. Loy was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and is still in custody at the Effingham County Jail
- Effingham Police Department arrested 21-year-old Andrew M. Keller of Effingham. Keller was charged with domestic battery and is still still in custody

- At 11:15 A.M. south of the intersection of Banker and Frederic a vehicle driven by Martina Guerrero-Torres, 36, Effingham, sideswiped a motorcycle operated by Christopher W. Moschenrose, 43, Effingham. Moschenrose, as well as a passenger on the motorcycle, Jamie A. Gosnell, 29, Effingham, sustained injuries and both were transported by ambulance to HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital for treatment. Guerrero-Torres was ticketed for Driving While License Suspended, Operating a Motor Vehicle with Revoked Registration, Improper Lane Usage, and Operating an Uninsured
