- Effingham Police arrested 29 year old Anthony M. Wernle of St. Elmo for a Fayette County FTA attachment for contempt. Anthony posted $100 bail and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 46 year old James N. Ullrich of Effingham for disorderly conduct, an Effingham County FTA warrant for battery/making physical contact. James was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 41 year old Karl j. Jean of Toledo for possession of meth, an Effingham County warrant for possession of cannabis 10-30g. Karl was given an NTA and was released.

- Effingham Police arrested 43 year old Steven C. Shafer of Assumption, IL for an Effingham County FTA warrant, driving while license suspended, and DUI. Steven posted $575 bond and was released.
- Effingham Police arrested 48 year old Jason M. Longoria of Effingham for an Effingham County warrant FAT for contempt. Jason posted $6604.24 and was released.

- Effingham Police arrested 29 year old Raymond H. Feltner of Brownstown for an Effingham County original warrant for burglary (2 counts). Raymond was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 32 year old Lawrence J. Marshall of Chicago for an Effingham County original warrant for 2 counts of theft, and a Coles County original warrant for theft. Lawrence was taken to the Effingham County jail.
- Effingham Police arrested 35 year old Tyler J. Stewart of Flora for driving while license suspended, expired registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and an Effingham County warrant for domestic battery. Tyler was taken to the Effingham County jail.

- At 5:00 P.M. east of the intersection of Henrietta and Fayette a vehicle driven by Abraham C. Maze, 27, Greenwood, IN, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Tiffanie M. Holste, 33, Sailor Springs. No injuries. Holste was ticketed for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.

- At 7:09 P.M. at 200 S. Henrietta a vehicle driven by Isabella R. Ramirez, 19, Worth, backed into and damaged a drive-up order sign owned by Little Caesars. No injuries and no citations.
