- At 5:00 P.M. at the intersection of 3rd and the I57 NB/I70 EB ramp a vehicle driven by Craig S. Funneman, 49, Effingham, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Jessica E. Gonzalez, 29, Neoga, causing Gonzalez’ vehicle to rear-end a vehicle driven by Sheila J. Osborn, 47, Effingham. No injuries. Funneman was ticketed for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident.
