• 21 year old, Larry A. Bedwell, of Teutopolis, IL, was arrested by Effingham Police Department for Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse.
• 28 year old, Jimmie J. Hickman, of Effingham ,IL, was arrested by Effingham Police Department for Burglary From A Motor Vehicle, Resisting A Peace Officer and Aggravated Battery To A Peace Officer.
• 19 year old, Jessie L Kollman, of St. Elmo, IL, was arrested by Effingham Police Department for Burglary From A Motor Vehicle, Driving While License Is Suspended, Operating An Uninsured Motor Vehicle and No Registration.

September 27, 2020 

• At 9:46 A.M. east of the intersection of 3rd and Rickelman a vehicle driven by  Tamara N. Bumgardner, 46, Ramsey, sideswiped a vehicle driven by Kelly S.  Hamill, 36, Rochelle. No injuries and no citations. 

September 30, 2020 

• At 1:09 P.M. at 200 W. Section a vehicle driven by Charles W. Pirozzoli, 73,  Effingham, struck and damaged a post owned by Washington Savings Bank.  No injuries and no citations.
