- At 5:41 P.M. at 1011 Ford a vehicle driven by Oscar W. McDonald, 54, Montrose, struck a pedestrian, Nicholas M. Thompson, 26, Effingham. Thompson sustained injuries and was transported by ambulance to HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital for treatment. No citations.
