Effingham Police arrested Aaron M. Kaiser, 37, of Beecher City for concealing a homicide. He is currently being held in the Effingham County Jail.

At 3:30 P.M. at the intersection of 3rd and the I57 SB/I70 WB entrance ramp a vehicle driven by Reuben L. Mooschekian, 24, Effingham, rear-ended a vehicle driven by Angie G. Jansen, 46, Effingham. No injuries. Mooschekian was ticketed for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
